Marc LUIS

Marc Luis began his telecommunications career with SES Astra in Betzdorf. His next step was to pass to the City of Luxembourg (electricity power grid) and CREOS. He then joined the “Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation” (ILR, regulatory authority) with a special emphasis on the management of the terrestrial frequency spectrum.

Since 2022, Marc is working for the department of Media, Telecommunications and Digital Policy.

With his professional background, Marc complements the team working on the continuity of the national 5G strategy with a special focus on the call for projects.
