THE CHALLENGE
Get ready to dive into the “Matrix meets Luxchat” Hackathon powered by the Ministry for Digitalisation and LU-CIX ASBL, in cooperation with Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity & Digital Learning Hub at the occasion of the Luxembourg Internet Days event.
Join the 20-40 developers expected to team up to supercharge Luxchat(4Gov) & Luxchat4Pro, the instant messaging solutions, based on the Matrix protocol, powering seamless communication and interactions for both public and private sectors in Luxembourg!
Over two days, Nov. 18 & 19, you’ll be able to brainstorm and code creative solutions (using Python) for additional services sticking to real-world challenges and integrate them within Luxchat, like:
- Various kind of bots (AI chat, external services notifications, video games, …)
- App improvements (Themes, built-in plugins, accessibilty improvements, …)
- System solutions (better server ressource management, room activity analysis tools, automated deployment, …)
- More will be communicated to the teams a few days before the event.
- Streamlining (citizen) services,
- Creating chatbots enabling service opportunity between private companies and customers,
- Boosting engagement with providers, media or government platforms,
- Creating service application of a specific business, e.g. real-time order tracking,
- Using APIs to integrate Luxchat4Pro in your own IT infrastructure,
- Interconnecting a AI-driven tools with a chatbot using Matrix APIs,
- And more…
The main objective lies in integrating external services into the Luxchat ecosystem with the purpose of bettering these workflows.
As a multidisciplinary team, you will have 30 hours to craft work demos and 10 minutes to pitch your ideas in English in front of a jury composed of Matrix Experts.
