Biography

Frank started his professional career in 1989 as research engineer at the Public Research Center Henri Tudor, where he conducted work on broad band industrial networks for factory automation.

In 1992 Frank joined Entreprise des Postes et Télécommunications Luxembourg as IT engineer, where he managed Enterprise IT architecture, security and operations.

Strong of more than 20 years of experience in IT management, Frank joined in 2016 the Agence nationale de la sécurité des systèmes d’information (ANSSI.LU) as information security adviser to focus on information security, notably on information security governance and policies for classified and unclassified information systems and on the pre-transposition follow-up of the NIS directive.

Since 2020, Frank is responsible for the cybersecurity domain at the High Commission for National Protection. He in in charge of, inter alia, the coordination of the National Cybersecurity Strategy, large scale cyber incidents and crisis prevention and response and the NIS 2 directive.
