Dr. Joseph EMERAS

Dr. Joseph Emeras earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Grenoble in France.

He is currently a Project Officer at ANEC, in charge of managing the research and prospective projects in ICT standardization in Luxembourg. He also collaborates on the educational aspects in the joint effort between the University of Luxembourg and ILNAS – ANEC.

His interests are oriented toward Cloud Computing, HPC systems and more generally distributed systems, IoT and data analytics.

Formerly Research Associate at the University of Luxembourg within the team of Prof. Dr. Pascal Bouvry, Joseph Emeras also worked on Cloud pricing models, in particular for the AWS platform.
