Biography

Mr. Harnisch leads the Global Customer Success Group at network analytics company Kentik. His role is focused on helping customers maximize value from Kentik’s platform while fostering strong user engagement and building long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with customers. Prior to Kentik, Mr. Harnisch served in various customer-focused leadership roles at SevOne, HostMySite (now part of Hosting), and Comcast. A native of Bavaria, Germany, Mr. Harnisch now resides primarily in San Francisco, California with his wife and son.
