Biography
Robert is a specialist in the globalization, growth, and profitability of companies. He has over 20 years of experience as an engineer, lawyer and senior executive and has helped governments and commercial organizations manage strategic change.
In his early career, Robert developed advanced computing solutions in military and medical applications to solve complex problems. After qualifying as a lawyer in the United States and as a British solicitor, he founded a law practice that focused on international commercial transactions for large and small companies in high technology sectors.
Robert has held senior executive positions within small and large enterprises. He helped develop a Silicon Valley startup from inception through to an IPO on NASDAQ, and served as a senior executive to grow a leading European incubator, where he was a board member and managing director of its international businesses. He also managed business strategy for a Fortune 500 mobile infrastructure company and gained a deep and broad understanding of the global wireless telecom market, technologies, and policy matters.
He currently serves as a board member for various technology companies. Robert attended the University of London, Queen Mary College for his undergraduate study in Electronic Engineering, and the University of London, Imperial College for postgraduate study in Biomedical Engineering. He obtained his legal education and training in the United States and Great Britain.
